Servicing Our Water Heaters
All the items in our Service Kits are required to be changed each time our units are serviced, which should be done at least once a year (this is dependent on the usage of the water heater).
*The model code of the water heater must be stated when ordering a service kit to ensure the correct parts are sent.
Electrode Kit
The parts shown in the photo will all arrive individually packaged but when combined this will be the electrode kit.
- Ignition electrode (PA-118)
- Flame detection electrode (PA-119)
- Electrode gasket (PA-120)
- Electrode retaining plate (PA-121)
Gas Valve O-Ring
This O-Ring is a replacement to the O-Ring that sits between the manifold plate and gas valve.
- O-Ring (PA-832)
Combustion Chamber Plate Gasket
The combustion chamber gasket will sit between the combustion chamber plate and burner.
- Combustion chamber plate gasket (PA-123)
Cold Water Inlet Filter
The cold water filter will fit inside the cold water inlet connection underneath the appliance.

Combustion Chamber Plate & Electrode Kit
The electrode kit will come pre-fitted to the combustion chamber plate. This will include:
- Electrode retaining plate (P55IVCX-118)
- Electrode packing (P55IVCX-119)
- Flame detection Electrode (P55IVCX-117)
- Ignition electrode (P55IVCX-116)
- Combustion Chamber plate (P55ivcx-114)
Electrode Sleeve
The electrode sleeve is a rubber boot that covers the connection the ignition electrode is attached too.

Cold Water Inlet Filter
The cold water filter will fit inside the cold water inlet connection underneath the appliance.

Manifold Gasket
These two gaskets will be the replacement gaskets for the manifold plate. These must always be present to prevent exhaust gasses escaping from combustion chamber.
Gas Valve O-Ring
This O-Ring is a replacement to the O-Ring that sits between the manifold plate and gas valve.

Combustion Chamber Packing
The combustion chamber gasket will sit between the combustion chamber plate and burner.
- Combustion chamber plate gasket (P1500ikm-120)
Manifold Gasket
These two gaskets will be the replacement gaskets for the manifold plate. These must always be present to prevent exhaust gasses escaping from combustion chamber.
- P1500ikm-112 – Lower combustion chamber packing
- P1500ikm-111 – Upper combustion chamber packing
Cold Water Inlet Filter
The cold water filter will fit inside the cold water inlet connection underneath the appliance.

- Electrode Assy (PN-150)
Fan Gasket
The fan gasket will be positioned between the fan motor assembly and the burner body.
- Fan Gasket (PN-111)
Fan O-Ring
The O-Ring will be positioned where the gas valve positioned between the fan motor and gas valve.
- O-Ring (PN-112)
Front Case Earth Screw
The screw included is the earth screw for the front cover of the appliance and will be positioned in the bottom right hand side screw hole.

Front Case Seals
The black seals shown at the top of the photograph are to be installed vertically along the front case, the screw holes in the seals will align with the screw holes for the front cover, and the grey seals shown at the bottom of the photograph will be installed horizontally across the top and bottom of the casing.
